No size fits all, which is why I integrate with several approaches to therapy, depending on the client’s need. I work by exploring the present, past and future - Person Centred (you will lead the session), Psychodynamic (we can unlock past subconscious links to present feelings), CBT (helps you to address irrational beliefs and unhelpful thinking patterns). We will set goals in therapy and maintain the focus, ensuring you get what you need. My fees are £60ps.
