I'm Seamus, and as an integrative counsellor, I can draw on various counselling approaches to try and suit your needs.
The core of my approach is person-centred, which means that I will help you to explore the issues that are important to you in a non-judgemental way. I recognise that every person is unique, and will have different needs in counselling.
I have been working as a counsellor in an organisation partnered with the NHS for the past 4 years. In this role, I support people with dependency on alcohol and other substances. However, I have also worked with clients bringing a wide range of issues (please see the 'What I can help with' section for more details.)
I strive to offer my clients a safe, non-judgemental and warm space, and working online allows me to do this regardless of your location within the U.K.
