Counselling is about forming a relationship, it is about building trust so that you can speak freely and start to find solutions to these situations. Counselling is not about giving you answers, it’s about helping you find them. The only person who can change you, is you.

I am a fully qualified counsellor who can offer a wide range of counselling services in full confidence. Whatever it is that is affecting your wellbeing, I will do my best to help.
