Hello, I am Dolly and I have worked in the health and well-being field for 15 years supporting both adults and young people. I am passionate about supporting people in a a non judgemental way, offering a safe space where problems can be identified and overcome. Sometimes we just need someone to talk to freely, who doesn’t judge or hand out unwanted advice. Someone you know is really listening to how your feeling and help you make sense of what going on.

As a qualified counsellor, I offer an integrative approach to supporting women with a range of presenting problems including:

- Addiction (all)
- Self esteem/ confidence
- Relationships and sexual problems
- Depression and anxiety
- Loss
- Anger and challenging emotions
- Stress

I work with many people online or in my therapy space at home in Harrogate. I am also happy to visit you in your home or safe space as well as offer walk and talk therapy.
