I also have 19 years of experience as a trainer and a teacher, so I like to incorporate an educational aspect into coaching and counselling sessions by sharing knowledge with my clients about ways that they can look after their mental health and wellbeing.

I am passionate about my work as I enjoy supporting and empowering people to find balance and move forwards with their lives!
