Counselling and Hypnotherapy is always client led, my role is not to tell you how to think or behave. the role of the therapist is to allow you, as the expert in yourself and your life, to explore the issues affecting you and then help you to find new or alternative approaches.
My personal background as covered roles ranging from Police officer, the military and a range of jobs from shop floor to management level before using my interest in people to move to a therapeutic career.
