I am a qualified counsellor, working with clients on a one to one basis online, in Cambridge UK, or Nerja Spain, supporting people affected by anxiety, alcoholism and addictions, neurodiversity issues, autistic spectrum disorders, mental health, family issues, trauma, abuse, anxiety, anger, depression, grief and loss.

  • Qualifications & Experience
    Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (Advanced Dip), and Therapeutic Counselling (Dip). Hypnotherapy.

    I am an enthusiastic advocate of meditation and mindfulness practice, and enjoy introducing clients to a wide variety of many different techniques including Hypnotherapy and EMDR.
