I have worked within the counselling arena for 18 yrs. I work with individuals, young people, couples and supervisees. I have a private practice with clients who are both self referred and via BUPA and AXA.

I also train counsellors and offer workshops for both counsellors and members of the public. From working with video communication to communicating more effectively and mindfulness for beginners.
I have continued to add to my professional development and recently qualified as an EMDR therapist. I have also developed a CPD training Group for both trainee and qualified counsellors.
My background in teaching, as a police officer and working as a PR Director for Blue Chip companies, leads me to have a varied experience that reflects in my training approach and counselling.
