Nikita began training in counselling in 2016, she has since completed her Person Centred Qualification course, practicing with clients since 2019 and gaining over 2000 hours of client experience.

Nikita's main modality is Person Centred but she also uses psychodynamic and CBT resources to suit per client. Nikita chose to become a mental health professional after her own personal therapy journey. She has since shown true passion towards "paying forward" the benefits she discovered herself through counselling.
