Do you struggle with feelings such as unhappiness, guilt or low self-esteem? Maybe events in your life have got on top of you and you don’t know how to move forward. Perhaps your outer life looks fine but you still feel depressed? Do you feel stressed, anxious or stuck and unsure where to turn? We all experience difficult times that we can struggle to deal with, and it can be hard to make the first step to seek help. Maybe you’ve talked to friends or family, but they don’t ‘get’ it’ or are too busy. Or they’ve told you you’re ‘too sensitive’ and need to ‘pull yourself together’. Or perhaps you feel there’s nobody you can talk to.

I offer you a safe space to look at things in more depth and understand them better. I will listen without judging and help you understand and resolve things in your own way. I will encourage you and help you explore ways forward at your pace, so you can start to feel happier and stronger. But first of all you may need to just talk and be listened to.

It’s important that you find the right counsellor for you. To help you decide, I offer an initial 30-minute session for free. Get in touch to meet up without obligation.
