Since embarking on my counsellor training in 2013, my aspiration to become a counsellor has been unwavering. It became clear to me early on that this path resonated deeply with my life's purpose. Guiding my clients through their challenges at a pace that suits them, I am committed to helping them navigate their issues in a manageable way. Having personally experienced the benefits of counselling and psychotherapy, I understand that by providing the right conditions, individuals can discover their own solutions to their problems.
My passion lies in trauma therapy, and I have specialised in working with individuals facing PTSD, Complex Trauma, Childhood Sexual Abuse, Domestic Violence, Sexual Violence, and healing from narcissistic relationships. Recognising the profound nature of this work, I have consistently sought to enhance my skills and knowledge since obtaining my qualification. I have attained a Master's Degree and am working towards a doctorate in counselling psychology, equipping me to address more complex issues.
I am proud to be a member of respected professional organizations, including the UKCP, and a graduate member of the BPS. As an accredited member of the BACP and an Accredited Professional Member of the NCPS, my clients can be assured that I uphold ethical standards and engage in regular supervision, further enriching the therapeutic experience I offer. Additionally, I maintain comprehensive insurance coverage.
I am recognized as an approved provider of psychological therapies by AXA, Vitality, WPA, and BUPA. If you hold insurance with a different provider, I encourage you to reach out to me to explore possibilities for coverage and support.
I am a Psychotherapeutic Integrative Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Psychologist with a First Class BA (Hons) Degree in Integrative Counselling. I also have a Masters's Degree in Psychology.
I am currently a third-year doctoral student studying Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute.
