I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor, Couples Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor. I provide a professional, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I aim to create a safe and secure space where you the client feels comfortable to develop your self awareness and to help you on your journey of exploration. Life can be tough and it is not a weakness to seek help from someone who is on the outside and who is not directly involved in your life. Life can be challenging and being able to find someone who you can talk to about your issues without feeling judged is very important. I have worked with: Suicidal ideation, Bereavement, Grief, Infant loss Depression, Anxiety, Relationship difficulties, Alcohol & substance abuse, Domestic violence/abuse, Self harm Bullying, Stress, Low self confidence and Low self-esteem. Working with children and adults who are on the Autism Spectrum or who have been diagnosed with ADHD.

    Ulster University Foundation Degree in Counselling.
    Advanced Diploma Level 6 in Clinical Supervision
    CPCAB Level 5 Diploma in CBT
    PCI Certificate in Couples Counselling
    WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) facilitator
