Hi my name is Adele Salmon and I am a Person Centred and Integrated counsellor.
I would first like to congratulate you on reaching your second stage of your journey. the first stage was to recognise that there is a issue or something not quiet right and the second stage is to act on it, doing something about it so well done.
Life has a way of throwing us experiences that causes us to suffer and search for meaning in our lives and although we can learn from these experiences it doesn't mean we are not left with bruises and scares that need exploring.
If you find yourself challenged with emotions of negative thoughts and feeling, you may want to explore them in a confidential, safe, non-judgmental environment. Therapy can provide this environment and can help us open up about our issues and experiences, process them, make sense of them and move forward.
Previous clients I have supported have come from different cultural and social economic backgrounds and have presented a variety of issues, such as; anxiety, depression, identity issues, PTSD, sexual abuse, physical abuse, drug abuse, sexual orientation, and disabilities. I currently with individuals aging from 16 years old and over.
If you would like to continue on this journey and explore your feelings and thoughts, don't hesitate to give me a call or drop me an email to arrange an appointment.
