I have been working in counselling, helping both private clients and charitable organisations. I specialise in supporting people through bereavement and loss and I have experience with other issues such as anxiety, stress, low self-esteem and self-care.
My main goal is to offer a safe, calm and supportive space where you can explore your feelings and concerns. I follow a Person-Centred approach, which means our sessions will be driven by your needs and we will work with the issues that you bring to our sessions giving you the chance to figure out what it is that you really need.
I am here to provide professional and caring support and together, we can work towards your overall well-being in a way that feels comfortable and empowering for you.
