It can sometimes be difficult to talk to friends or family, Counselling can help you understand what is going on for you and make sense of your world. Empowering you to set goals and bring about effective change and enhance your wellbeing.
We can work together towards understanding you, and your emotions, which in turn can change behaviour and thought patterns. I offer you a friendly, supportive and non judgemental space in which to express and explore yourself.
