Key Worker Counselling

Have you been struggling with how you feel? Maybe it is anxiety, depression, or a general emptiness in life. Would you like to better understand what is driving these feelings? Do you need the opportunity to be listened to, understood, and heard? Unfortunately we rarely get this in our lives, however counselling can provide this. Counselling creates a safe space where you will be able to share with me what is happening in your life. I can offer you a compassionate, attuned, and sensitive relationship where we can bring awareness to the source of these feelings. Through this awareness, understanding and acceptance, change happens.
I understand that starting the journey is difficult. Acknowledging that there are difficulties in your life, and making the choice to address these takes courage. I always feel very privileged when people allow me to come on this journey with them. I offer a free 20 minute online consultation where we can meet and discuss what is bringing you to therapy.
