Living, no matter what anyone says, can be hard sometimes. And it can be really hard if you are a part of the LGBT community. Maybe you are having a rough time coming out to your friends and family. Or you may experience mood swings tor depression because of how you think people are going to perceive you after you come out. Or perhaps you are unsure about who you really are or anxious about your true identity. No matter what hardship you are going through, the important thing is you don’t have to face any of these issues by yourself.
There is no need to walk this road alone because I am here to help you.
I am ready to provide a safe space for you vent about your issues and unload the heavy
burden you are carrying all by yourself. When you are ready, we will develop the right tools for you to go out to the world without hiding your true self anymore. We don’t have to rush it if you don’t want to. This is about your life and how you want to live it, we will go at your pace and slowly but surely solve any problems you might be facing right now – or problems you might encounter later on.
I know it might seem hard to believe but we can work through this together. I am a qualified counsellor specialized in Person-Centered Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I have dedicated my life to help the people in the LGBT community and I also have experience in counselling people with an ethnic minority background. I have helped countless people just like you when I volunteered in multiple organizations like the LGBT Foundation, Self Help Services and Support 4 Progress which is a Charity Organization amongst others.
No matter how bad things might be, remember: we can work it out! Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you need it, I am more that happy to help you!
