I offer Online, Telephone and Face to Face therapy to explore what it is you have problems with. Life's issues can sometimes be confusing or cause you to feel sad, have anxiety, stress, low self-esteem or you may even be experiencing troubling thoughts and feelings that sometimes seem unclear. It could even be you may be feeling isolated, need a space to speak freely about a trauma, depression or unable to cope due to a host of emotional and psychological distresses such as: guilt, anger, shame, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, family or relationships issues, conflict, abuse, trauma, stress, rejection, bereavement, cultural & identity issues, seeking Couples therapy, mentorship, Christian or Non-Faith counselling; or simply just need to talk through your problems. You have the power to take your life back and start a process of healing as you attend counselling.

Together, we can form a healthy therapeutic working relationship with warmth as I guide you through your counselling journey, being with you every step of the way so you don't feel alone in a safe and confidential space. Listening to what my clients say without judgement is very important to me and empathy is key to my work so I can see things from your view.
