I am an integrated counsellor, (Psychodynamic and Person-Centered theory) who works in a relational way, but belives in the importance of tailoring my approach to the needs of my client. I also have experience working in Gestalt and a trauma informed way. During our time together we can explore your past and how that can and has affected your present, doing this in an accepting, safe, non-judgemental environment so that you as the client can feel in control. This can enable you to understand yourself more fully, leading to greater self-awareness and an increased level of self-acceptance.

I understand the courage it takes to make that first step but I am here to listen. I am flexible in my approach and can offer long term, open ended and brief intervention counselling depending on what you need.

I am currently working on the phone, via Zoom or Skype and am available for face to face sessions. If you are not sure what to do next just phone, text or email me and I am very happy to have a chat with you about your expectations, what you may need from the counselling and what the next steps are. If I am not available to take your call just leave your name, number and a brief message and I will contact you within 2 working days.
