Specialising in relationship counselling for both couples and individuals. I have a wealth of experience as a senior accredited Relate counsellor. I offer a safe space to explore and understand what is happening in your relationship, enabling improved communication and understanding .
Bereavement has a far reaching impact. As a trainer for Cruse Bereavement Care I have extensive understanding of the impact of loss. I specialise in supporting those bereaved through sudden and traumatic loss.
Change is facilitated by gaining a deeper understanding of a troubling situation, making sense of confusing or overwhelming emotions and developing resources to cope. I offer appointments on Zoom or face to face. If you need support for family issues, relationships or bereavement please contact me for help.

  MSc (Psychology),
  (NCP) Accredited Advance diploma in Counselling Supervision
  (NCFE) diploma in counselling skills
  (CPCAB) Level 5 Diploma in Relationship counselling
  (AFT) Accredited Practitioner in Family Therapy and Systemic Practice.
  Post qualification diploma in working with Children and Young People
  Awareness in Bereavement Care Foundation Course.
