I am an experienced counsellor, trainer and counselling supervisor. In addition to my private practice I work for Relate as a relationship counsellor, family therapist and helping individuals cope with the impact of illness on the individual and those who care for them. I also work as a trainer in understanding bereavement.
Exploration of difficult issues can be overwhelming Together we can explore them in a non-judgemental way and facilitate change through encouragement and self awareness. I assist individuals in making sense of confusing or overwhelming emotions, help them to develop resources to cope, gain a deeper understanding of self and how they relate to others.
I have a counselling room in Penn, Wolverhampton where I offer a safe, confidential and supportive environment to help you make sense of what is happening in your life. I also offer appointments on Zoom. If life feels difficult or if you feel overwhelmed please contact me for help.
