The therapy I offer is based on the success of the therapeutic relationship and the importance of non judgment, honesty and empathy. Just as you are unique, so is my modality approach which is tailored to your needs. I specialise in self discovery, self worth, empowerment, and the healing journey from survival mode to living following traumatic experiences.

I am a qualified psychotherapist and I believe in the therapeutic connection and relationship which works alongside my training and academic study to understand, connect and empathise with another human being. I have a trauma informed approach and connect with the complexities of living with trauma and CPTSD and I am passionate about supporting those for both the LGBTQIA + & Neurodivergent communities.
