Hello & thank you for viewing my profile. I have been a Counsellor & Psychotherapist for over 8 years now & during this time I have worked with a wide range of clients. I work with children aged 3-18 years & adults of any age. Over this time I have worked with specialised services for vetrans experiencing PTSD, early intervention for high levels of anxiety/depression/addiction & also a dedicated bereavement counselling service for both children & adults. I am trained in both a Person centered & CBT approach & believe in tailoring the sessions entirely to the individual. I look forward to hearing from you soon
