I work collaboratively and creatively to help clarify the changes you want and support progress towards them. The content and nature of my therapy is tailored to each individual, I seek to understand your situation, adopting ways of working and a pace to suit you.

As my clients get to know themselves better and challenge and change aspects of who they are, they most often speak of results in terms of having: the confidence to move forward, better relationships and more clarity about who they are and their direction in life.

Some people find the confidence they want in just a few sessions, often recovering a sense of their 'old self'. For long standing issues and more lasting change an open ended arrangement is more suitable.

My counselling works for people who are experiencing emotional pain of any sort. However it is particularly useful for those:
-Whose experience includes a loss of direction, purpose and zest for life.
-Who realise that something has to change on the inside before it can change on the outside.
-Who, despite their fears, have the courage to enter unknown territory in order to find a new way.

Prior to becoming a qualified counsellor in 2007 I worked in business, management and as a certified management consultant.
