Key Worker CounsellingMates in Mind

I am Rebecca Bauer, and I run Seasgair Counselling. I have been working as a counsellor since 2017, and have helped numerous clients to explore the things in their lives that have been bothering them, leading them to living better, more fulfilling lives.

I have a special interest in working with individuals who are experiencing perinatal and fertility counselling. Whether that be pre-conception, throughout pregnancy, or in the postnatal period and early years. I work with all issues related to this period in a person's life, including postnatal depression and other mood disorders, miscarriage, stillbirth, tokophobia (fear of pregnancy and/or giving birth), abortion, birth trauma, infant loss, child loss, pregnancy after loss, and infertility.

If you would like to explore working together to meet your counselling goals, please get in touch to discuss your needs.
