I am an experienced, qualified psychotherapist working with diverse clients of all ages (over 16+) & from many different backgrounds and offer discrete & confidential counselling.
For my first profession I have enjoyed a long career in the music & entertainment industry, both in the UK & USA, working closely and directly with highly creative individuals (musicians and artists) & I bring this experience & specialty to my counselling work.
The focus of the work will be to explore the concerns and issues you may have in a confidential, safe and supportive setting. The work will be collaborative with the aim to help you understand more about who you are, who you want to be and how to express that.
While we each carry our own hopes and expectations, sometimes our lives can feel empty and/or confusing, and we may struggle to find a clear sense of direction. Counselling can be a big part of our growth and discovering the right approach to our own life; our relationship with ourself, relationships' with others & with our personal & working environments.
The first session allows me to find out what is going on for you, and assess with you your goals how many sessions you may require and whether we are a good fit to work together (this can sometimes take more than one session).
Finding a therapist to work with can be extremely daunting, so I am happy to organise an initial phone conversation with you, without commitment or fee payable, during which we will be able to discuss how I can help you & i can answer any initial questions you may have.
