I am integrative counsellor with additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I am passionate about helping individuals overcome their challenges and achieve their goals through a holistic approach that combines evidence-based techniques with a compassionate and non-judgmental attitude.
Recognising every client is unique affords me the awareness to draw on different modalities to tailor sessions according to the clients needs.
In my practice, I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. I use a collaborative approach that empowers clients to take an active role in their treatment and achieve lasting change.
