I am an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist working in person and online from BH23 in Dorset. I work with a broad range of clients; those exploring relationship difficulties, trauma experiences, depression, grief, anxiety, rage/ anger, addiction and substance abuse issues, and those wishing to explore their sexuality and gender identity. I work with clients who have been given a mental health diagnosis and those seeking to understand a complex range of symptoms and responses to distress, life events, and social issues.
I have completed additional training for working with individuals whose lives have been impacted by domestic abuse, trauma and brain recovery, and complex trauma and PTSD. Where chosen, we can work therapeutically with art and image.
I run therapeutic groups both online and in person.
My practice is fully insured and I hold a current Disclosure and Barring Certificate.
