Thank you for viewing my profile. You will be reading this as you are looking for someone to talk to. Are you suffering from anxiety, stress, depression? Being human is hard and more often than not we experience feelings and thoughts that we find difficult to experience. I can help you work through those feelings and thoughts in a caring and compassionate way because after all, they are so important. Emotions, however difficult they are to bear, are signposting you to something, almost like a lighthouse does to a ship. You matter and during our sessions you will feel and know that. Therapy is an investment in you.

I work with adults, young people and children. Often I work creatively which could include drawing, colouring, working with stones, Russian dolls, cards, values in addition to visualisations and mediations. This list is not exhaustive and is entirely in collaboration with you as a client. It can help immensely with the counselling process.

I feel so honoured to work in the profession that I do and I treat every relationship with a client with the utmost respect. The relationship you and I can build is truly unique and it is that relationship that helps you walk through your troubles, current life experiences and difficulties. These could be specific or broad ranging and can take some time to unwind and work through. Our work with be treated with compassion and in the strictest of confidence and it can be short, medium or long term depending on what you want to bring to our sessions.
