I have 40 years experience in healthcare. Since 2010 I have worked as a Counsellor and from 2014 have also offered Psychotherapy.

I have a wide range of personal and professional experience and believe that with appropriate support we all have the ability to achieve a greater understanding of ourselves and how we relate to others, thereby becoming more able to face and deal with difficulties. I also believe we each have a unique capacity to find the answers within and so heal ourselves.

I work as an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist. Integrative means I work using different approaches that are tailored to meet your specific needs.

I adopt a holistic approach to health, which considers care of the whole person. People may choose to come for Counselling for a whole range of issues, or maybe just to have someone listen and simply talk things through.

To enable a trusting relationship to develop, it is very important to me to make sure that you feel comfortable working with me. In the first session we can explore which way of working will suit you best and meet your specific needs, this gives you the opportunity to decide whether you would like to have further sessions and helps determine what you would like to gain from further sessions.
