My name is Sabrina and I am a professionally trained Psychotherapist. I gained a BA Hons Psychosocial Studies in 2011, where my interest in understanding people began. I later studied at the world renowned University of Nottingham gaining a 1st Class Masters Degree in Person Centred Experiential Psychotherapy and Counselling.

My studies have given me the privilege of supporting clients with a range of different issues, from depression to growing beyond challenging life experiences. I have worked in different settings -university,occupational health, workplace workshops, running weekly therapeutic groups and of course, private practice.

I feel honoured to be able to hold space of individuals.I pride myself on being able to provide a therapeutic relationship that allows my clients to explore themselves and confidently carve out the life that they would like to be living.

I am an inclusive therapist and I work with all people. I am LGBTQIA and Neurodiverse Affirming and I tend to attract clients who have always felt that they are "different" or as though they are "outsiders".

Although the training I have acquired is important, I strongly believe that it is my experience as a human being that qualifies me to hold space for others. I understand that we are all just really looking for someone to understand us, and someone who "gets it". I definitely do! I think outside of the box and I love to help clients grow beyond the limits that have been placed on them - by themselves or society ,so that they can live their lives more authentically.

If you have read this and feel that you are ready to explore ways to improve your quality of life, please get in touch and we can discuss how I can support you.
