I am a qualified accredited counsellor and psychotherapist based in Hitchin and Stevenage. Alongside face-to-face counselling for individuals and couples I also provide sessions via Skype and in groups.
I have experience of working with clients in a number of different areas and specialise in addictions.
I use an integrative approach to therapy sessions which allows me to adapt the type of therapy used to meet a clients needs.
