Welcome, I'm Vicky Mould and thank you so much for coming to my National Counselling Society profile.
I offer professional counselling for adults of all ages, including working online or over the phone. I can offer a space where you can feel genuinely valued, accepted, heard and understood, and change is possible.
As a bereavement counsellor and mental health therapist since 2011, I can support you through feelings of loss and grief - including baby loss, the effects of sexual or domestic abuse, relationship issues or changes, stress or mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, postnatal depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder or schizophrenia.
I appreciate trust can take time to build, yet we can work to establish a safe and trusting relationship, so you can be yourself, explore and reflect at your pace, and move towards a more comfortable or fulfilling life.
As I work online or over the phone, we can connect from your own (private) space, which may be more convenient for you. Online sessions can be over Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp, and we can explore these options further if you feel it would be helpful. You're welcome to call or text 07729 193629 or email me to ask any questions or book your free consultation.
In the counselling space, you'll be welcome as you are.
Offering non-judgemental and attentive listening, I can help you feel heard and understood, gain clarity or a different perspective and develop your self-awareness.
I can support you in exploring your thoughts, feelings, emotions and experiences. Sometimes, it's hard to connect with and express your feelings and emotions just through words or explore difficult experiences, so we can use creative mediums where this would help. Creative mediums may include creating collage art, using crayons, coloured pens or pencils, journaling or working with cards or photos. Creative expression can be freeing and have a calming effect, and ideas and insights can also emerge through this process.
As I trust you're the expert on yourself - including how best to move forward, I don't offer advice or tell you what to do. But I can support and empower you in nurturing your confidence, self-worth and self-esteem and making choices or changes that you wish to make.
I can offer a free 45-minute consultation over the phone or online using Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp. We can then establish if we could work well together.
To book your free consultation or ask questions about counselling, you can call or text 07729 193629 or email me through this profile or my website.
I look forward to hearing from you.
