Welcome, I'm Vicky Mould and thank you so much for coming to my National Counselling Society profile.
I am the founder and owner of Azalea Counselling, and I work comfortably with adults of all ages, including over the phone or online. My approach to counselling is about supporting and empowering you so you can make life choices or changes you wish to make.
As a mental health therapist and bereavement counsellor near Winchester and Southampton, I can offer long-term support for loss and grief - including baby loss, stress, relationship issues, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, the effects of sexual or domestic abuse, anxiety, depression, postnatal depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
Deciding to come for counselling can be scary, yet perhaps you don't feel heard by or able to talk to the people around you or are worried about burdening them. Or maybe you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck or confused and alone with your experience.
Whatever is troubling or concerning you, I can help you feel at ease, listened to, and part of a safe, trusting and non-judgemental relationship. I'm a down-to-earth counsellor, and you can talk freely with me.
Counselling is time and space for you, and I aim to provide an environment where you can make sense of your struggles, find a way through them and move towards a more comfortable or fulfilling life.
As I now work online or over the phone, we can connect from your own (private) space, which may be more convenient for you. Online sessions can be over Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp, and we can explore these options further if you'd like. You're welcome to call or text 07729 193629 or email me to ask any questions or book your free consultation.
In the counselling space, you'll be welcome as you are. I don't give advice or tell you what to do, but I can support you in building trust and confidence in yourself.
We can explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions at your pace and reflect on your experiences. Offering non-judgemental and attentive listening, I can help you feel heard and understood, gain clarity or a different perspective and develop your self-awareness.
Sometimes, it's hard to connect with and express your feelings and emotions through words alone, so we can use creative mediums where this would help. Creative mediums may include art materials, writing/journaling or working with cards or photos. We can discuss creative counselling in a consultation if you'd like to.
I can offer a free 45-minute consultation over the phone or online using Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp.
To book your free consultation or ask questions about online counselling, you can call or text 07729 193629 or email me through this profile or my website.
I look forward to hearing from you.
