Hi, my name is Alison and I am an integrative counsellor, working with young people and adults to help improve mental and emotional wellbeing. I offer one-to-one support via video link or face-to-face in a safe and secure setting and I also offer walk&talk for those that prefer the great outdoors and open spaces.
With over 20 years experience of working in a range of educational settings, mainly within special educational needs and disabilities sector (SEND), and in the forklift industry, this has given me a wealth of experience, knowledge and skills for working with children, young people and adults from all walks of life. I now utilise this knowledge and skills set within my counselling practice not only with clients, but through teaching and training others in areas of mental health. I am very passionate about aiding in expanding the knowledge and minds of others about mental health as I currently provide training courses for Mental Health First Aid.
