Our therapy practice is client centred, warm and welcomes all.
Modern living affects us all and taking time to care for ourselves is important, we care about people and well-being.
Depending upon your needs we can work on short or long term issues, the pace is set by you.
For twenty years we have looked after clients with a wide range of needs.
We employ a method of looking for solutions using a mix of psychological approaches, we are all different and each person has their own needs.
A holistic approach is taken and as well as considering the mind, the body is also important and Reiki healing is an option, along with breathing techniques.
The Eastern healing approaches and tradition sit within our values of being kind, trusting and respect.
