I am a qualified Counsellor and Hypnotherapist with a variety of experience to help my clients work through those aspects of life that are stopping them from moving forward. I am an Integrative Counsellor and use a variety of tools to help my clients to find their own ways of coping with or resolutions to their problems.

I work with a variety of clients, both short and long term, and have a particular interest in maternity related issues including birth trauma and birth reflection, anti and post natal depression and fertility related issues. I also help clients with stress (including work related stress), anxiety, fears and phobias, bereavement, depression and relationship problems.

If you’re looking for support within your counselling practice, I am a qualified Supervisor, offering supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors.
