I completed my Counselling Diploma in 2015 and worked as a volunteer with a charity for two years, I then went on to develop my own private practice where I now work Online and face to face with clients by appointment at the Southside Therapy Centre in Edinburgh.

My training which is ongoing and constantly developing is made up of courses I have participated in, reading, and the clients I have had the privilege to work with. I have also learned from my supervisors who have supported me.

Areas I specialise in are Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Relationships, Abuse, Bullying, Bereavement, Low Self Esteem, and Anger. My experience includes working with clients who felt overwhelmed for various reasons. Some have suffered anxiety, and depression. Some clients have struggled with relationships with themselves and others including family. Some have suffered through loss and bereavement and found it difficult to managing change, or have had a tendency to limit their beliefs.

Cost:
Online £50 for 60mins
Southside Therapy Centre £60 for 60mins
