Since then I have on on to study Coaching and Mindfulness which I believe bring a rich dimension to my practice.

    Additional Experience
    I worked as a volunteer counsellor for two years after completing my training at Crossreach Counselling Service.
    I set up and delivered a Listening Service for Voluntary Service Workers affected by Covid-19 who were key workers during the first lockdown.
