I treat all my clients starting from the premise that you have your own unique experiences and world-view. I suggest approaches or techniques if - and only if - I think that they could be helpful to you specifically. It is always up to you whether to try something or work in a certain way, or not.

Counselling is not "one size fits all", and although some practitioners choose to follow a set pattern of exercises and techniques with each client, I believe in matching and tailoring the work to the individual person, their situation and personality.

Visit my website for a lot more information about counselling, my way of working, and tips for selecting your counsellor.
