I am qualified to use a range of Psychotherapetuic methods including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic tools, Emotional Freedom Techniques, mindfulness and more. I work with adults, couples, families and adolescents. A confidential, unjudgemental approach is at the heart of what I do. I strive to make client's feel safe and able to share and explore their deepest concerns.
