*My training was in Humanistic and Integrative counselling, which is based on the learning that we each have the innate ability within us to heal ourselves. However, sometimes we need a companion (who is non-judgemental and empathic) on this journey to help us with our self discovery, allowing us to develop greater self awareness and self compassion and to find the way to make changes and move forward in our lives.
