I am a Member of the International Association of Neuro Lingusitic Programming and Coaching (IANLPC)

I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and work as an Integrated Therapist offering multi-models of therapy.

I originally trained and qualified as a nurse in the early 70s moving into the business world in the 80s and spent 25 years working in the City at senior board level. I have worked with Victim Support and currently volunteer for MIND, Barnardo’s and a Social Enterprise/Charity Harmony Coaching & Mentoring Avenues (HCMA) helping people to understand their life and empower them to move forward.

I offer counselling services to clients with various issues or suffering from depression, manic depression or Bipolar, stress and anxiety or panic attacks, abuse - both physical or sexual abuse. Bullying or relationship problems.

    As a trained counsellor and psychotherapist I have the following qualifications:

    Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy: RCN accredited
    Mindfulness-Based CBT Diploma
    Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy: RCN accredited
    Certificate in Cognitive behaviour Therapy (CBT)
    Diploma in Youth Counselling
    Certificate in Psychodynamic Counselling Skills
    Working with Addiction (The Counselling Foundation)
    Working with Depression (The Counselling Foundation)
    Working with Self Harm (The Counselling Foundation)
