Hi, I am Jan, a qualified bereavement counsellor.

Having gone through bereavement myself, and finding counselling helpful, I can understand the pain, shock, loss and anger you might be going through at this point in your life.

Let me help you with that difficult journey so you can begin to move forward and live the life your loved ones would’ve wanted you to have.

As a psychotherapeutic counsellor I also work with issues such anxiety and depression. Exploring the roots of your anxiety is an important aspect of our work together. This will allow us to work through your current issues and help you gain self-awareness, improve your self-esteem and live your best life.

I’ve worked with special needs clients in a support worker role and am pleased to offer counselling to this client group as well.

Understanding that words might not be the easiest way to deal with your current situation, together we’ll explore different ways that will help you process strong emotions.

We might use drawings, buttons, and other creative tools to support you in your counselling journey and help you find the best way to express yourself.

I can also support you through counselling with the issues listed below.
