Accepting help to face my own life challenges was both helpful and rewarding. By seeking out and accepting help through difficult times I was able to remember who I am, as an ever changing individual, amongst all the overwhelm and to find my way through the challenges that life inevitably throws up at us all.

My approach to counselling is flexible to meet your needs. I believe we are all so individual that one approach does not fit all. I am here for you, to help you through whatever challenges you are facing at this time. I understand how overwhelming situations or life in general can seem at times. My aim is to help YOU find a way forward, to find a different perspective, to FEEL differently or to accept and feel more comfortable within a situation.

I use mindfulness and relaxation techniques as well as other therapeutic
(or just down right helpful) approaches to enable you to move forward in whatever way is right for you.

I have worked as an Hypnotherapist and Counsellor for 10 years within NHS primary care and also through private practice. I have worked abroad facilitating therapeutic and creative workshops for displaced families and ran therapeutic art projects within schools.

I believe we are all able to grow and change if we wish to and to find the strength within ourselves that we may have forgotten how to access, in order to face challenges and find some balance within our lives.
