A well experienced psychotherapist and clinical hypnotherapist who works with people who are experiencing challenging situations, thoughts and feelings in their lives. Studied at University of Northampton and gained a Masters degree in Psychology, worked in clinics in Harley St, Horsham and Littlehampton spanning 20 years. I offer clinical supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists, please enquire. A naturopathic doctor and a lecturer in health studies offering a total approach to mind, emotion and physical wellbeing. I work with a mindful, spiritual and human approach to health issues bringing in a deeper understanding of some of the underlying reasons for some physical symptoms ranging from IBS, weight loss/gain, headaches, insomnia, cravings, back and joint pain for example.
Specialising in anxiety driven behaviours that can affect our daily lives and relationships especially the relationship with ourselves where we can sometimes find life a struggle. These feelings of worry, stress, upset, out of control, fear of the unknown can impact on the way we behave at home, work or with partners and friends.

    Julie’s career in healthcare started in the late 1980’s with a little known therapy at the time called Neuro Linguistic programming, she continued her studies in Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology (function, structure and pathology of the human body), advanced training in sports physio and physical therapies, (physio at the Horsham Rugby club) then progressing onto complementary therapies such as Kinesiology and Nutrition and Diet, Bio Magnetic therapy, homeopathy and acupuncture.
