I have developed my private practice to bridge the gap between counselling and coaching. Throughout this time, I have worked with hundreds of clients with a variety of challenges. I believe our emotional wellness is essential in achieving our full potential. I integrate a variety of therapeutic and coaching techniques to work on the root cause of what is going on for you now. I am intuitive and work with a multi model approach to holistically bring balance to the mind, body and emotional self.

I will work on the root cause of your pain and build a relationship of safety and trust. Focusing on you and creating a bespoke treatment plan allows us to ease emotional triggers that are fuelling negative patterns of behaviour. I will help you to explore limiting beliefs from your past or internal conflicts that keep you stuck.

Sessions can be weekly or fortnightly; moving on to monthly as you make the changes you wish to see in your life. I am always happy to share resources after sessions to encourage you to dive deeper into your wellness journey. I give people the tools they need to find purpose and enrichment, build healthy relationships, improving self-esteem and incorporate good mental health and well-being practices.
