Psychosexual (Sex) Therapy / Relationship Therapy

If unresolved these issues can have a significant impact on individual, sexual, emotional and relationship functioning and well being.

I work integratively with a view that sexual difficulties can have physical, psychological and emotional impacts.

Getting Started:
STEP 1 ; Call or email to make your initial appointment.
STEP 2; Initial appointment to see what counselling entails.
STEP 3; Make further appointments, either weekly or fortnightly.

Adolescents Therapy Adolescence can be a time of huge change and challenge. We understand and respect that this can be a tumultuous time for both adolescents and their families.

Child Therapy

Counselling can be extremely helpful and supportive when children are experiencing challenges or difficulties in their lives.

I provide a safe, therapeutic environment for your child to express and work through their emotions and challenges. We work collaboratively and will liaise with other professionals if this is needed. I work in a holistic way and focus on the best interests of your child at all times.

Whilst respecting confidentiality, I will endeavour to keep the parent/guardian informed of the progress of therapy and encourage parental involvement if necessary.

Clinical Supervision

I offer clinical supervision to therapists (including trainees), mental health professionals, nurses, health visitors amongst other professionals.

Clinical supervision can contribute to your growth, both personally and professionally.

I provide high quality supervision and endeavour to promote your journey as a professional.

I offer reduced rated to trainees.
