People may seek psychosexual therapy for a wide range of issues including:
Issues with sexual intimacy
Difficulties with orgasm
Male erection problems (erectile dysfunction)
Orgasming too quickly (premature ejaculation)
Loss of sexual desire and arousal difficulties
Dyspareunia (pain during sex)
Vaginismus (difficulty or inability to have penetrative sex)
You may wish to seek support for solely relationship difficulties without the presence of psychosexual issues and I welcome you on this journey.
Relationship therapy can help provide support with helping to foster enhanced communication between couples, increasing awareness and understanding dynamics.

I are currently offering reduced rates for Psychosexual/Relationship Therapy sessions. I welcome same sex couples and transgender.

Adolescents Therapy Adolescence can be a time of huge change and challenge. We understand and respect that this can be a tumultuous time for both adolescents and their families.
Adolescents may require one to one support for help with varying issues which may include difficulties with:
Stress and anxiety
Poor body image
Low self esteem
Issues around identity
Counselling can be extremely helpful and supportive when children are experiencing challenges or difficulties in their lives.
I provide a safe, therapeutic environment for your child to express and work through their emotions and challenges. We work collaboratively and will liaise with other professionals if this is needed. I work in a holistic way and focus on the best interests of your child at all times.
Whilst respecting confidentiality, I will endeavour to keep the parent/guardian informed of the progress of therapy and encourage parental involvement if necessary.
I offer clinical supervision to therapists (including trainees), mental health professionals, nurses, health visitors amongst other professionals.
Clinical supervision can contribute to your growth, both personally and professionally.
I provide high quality supervision and endeavour to promote your journey as a professional.
I offer reduced rated to trainees.
