At KC Quigley Therapy I provide long and short term counselling for a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, grief & loss, relationship and sexuality issues, gender issues, eating disorders, addictions, self-harm and other self-defeating behaviours.
I also provide hypnotherapy that can be incorporated into treatment plans with issues such as stress & anxiety and self-esteem & confidence, or to treat issues that respond very well to hypnotherapy on its own, such as weight loss & management, smoking cessation, fears & phobias, exam nerves, driving test nerves, public speaking and many more.
I have a special interest in treating anxiety disorders and anxiety related conditions. These include Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Social Anxiety, Panic Attacks, PTSD and OCD, as well as simple and complex phobias such as, spiders, flying, heights, agoraphobia and performance anxiety
