A body psychotherapist and Counsellor I have short and long term clients. My approach is humanistic in recognising how hard it can be to take the first steps to exploring trauma on physical, emotional and mental levels.I have worked with the human form for 32 years and choose to use an integrative approach in helping find the right approach to work with an individual. I believe we carry our story through life experiences and strongly believe, we can help and support others through our own personal healing journey we have experienced ourselves as therapist's. Inner child and ancestry counselling is my passion to look at the source of blocks that keep us isolated and unhappy. My Integral Core Therapy training which is person centred, gives me the understanding of negative core beliefs that keep us in a cycle of lack of self love.
