I am an enthusiastic and self-motivated Psychotherapist (client centred Humanistic Therapist) accredited by industry recognised professional and awarding bodies. Good personnel skills and an ability to empathise with clients while remaining focused and objective. I am experienced in providing accurate formative assessment and to offer flexible and creative solutions. Also a specialist in addiction and eating disorders whilst having gained familiarity of working with a diverse range of people with broad therapeutic requirements.Since completing my Counselling Diploma in 1995 I have specialised in Addiction and Eating Disorders and then going on to completing my ‘Master Practitioner Course’ in Eating Disorders. I am a professional member of both the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and am a member of NCS accredited in Humanistic and client centred therapy.
