I know life can present us with difficulties and I'm here to help. As a qualified therapist, my mission is to help people to overcome fears and doubts and realise what they are truly capable of. I offer a friendly and confidential one-to-one counselling service supporting adults, young people, and children with a variety of emotional, mental, and physical issues.

When counselling, I use an integrative approach as it encompasses different therapies such as person-centred, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness, solution-focused therapies, creative therapy, and play therapy. I find this very helpful as this gives clients a toolbox of skills and coping mechanisms that they can use, rather than just a single approach. Regardless of the issue my clients face, my mission is to always work in the best interests of my clients at all times. I believe that a great service is more than just being present and listening – it means going the extra mile to help and encourage them to move in the right direction. Our sessions are confidential and I will be empathic, honest, and non-judgemental.

Aside from my private practice, I work for Respect For All who specialise in counselling adults and children with autism and learning disabilities. I have previously worked as a school and college counsellor with the YMCA and Place2be so I bring a wealth of experience to every case. You don’t have to struggle alone, so please get in touch and I look forward to helping you overcome your challenges.
