I am a counsellor holding an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling.

I work using an integrative approach but do hold a bias towards cognitive behavioural techniques and Motivational Counselling. I believe in empowering you - my client - to live an effective and happy life after therapy. I find these tools very powerful.

Crucially - I believe the therapeutic relationship is central to your outcome. For that reason - I believe in running the first session and initial consultation free so that you can decide if I the dynamic is right to meet your needs.
